Founder, Designer & Photographer
I'm a startup founder and designer based in Los Angeles, CA.
I'm currently building Panorama, helping engineering teams recognize important work and build transparency. On weekends, I help homeowners in the greater Los Angeles area with planning and budgeting for home renovation projects.
In the past year, I've been exploring—time-offs, freelance work, and startups. Most recently, I joined the ODF21 program, where I met amazing people with whom I have been ideating and building together.
Previously, I worked at Meta where I designed the seller experience for Instagram Shop and enterprise design systems and tools used by thousands of designers and engineers. Before my time at Meta, I led the user interface design and design system at Ring, which was later acquired by Amazon.
Kind words from the past
Pratima Manga
Product Designer at Meta
"Kevin is a considerate and thoughtful design partner with a knack for big ideas and blue sky ideation—Kevin constantly looked for intersections between work and rallied designers together to tackle these shared spaces."
Justine Koa
Software Engineer at Meta
"I was always impressed by Kevin’s ability to address different product design asks from various teams, adapt his designs quickly, and communicate clearly to all engineers and XFN on design status. While working together, Kevin had to juggle multiple high impact projects with our team and he did so seamlessly."
Georgie Mathews
Product Manager at Meta, now at Amazon
"Absolutely loved working with him! In our work together, I was impressed by Kevin's ability to quickly empathize and balance end user perspectives and organizational objectives and work across XFN stakeholders to drive the UX narrative with leadership and execute with the Engineering."
Christy Pham
Content Designer at Meta, now at Remitly
"Kevin is a true leader. We worked on ambiguous projects in which he coordinated standups for engineers, product managers, other designers and teams to get aligned and stay on track of aggressive timelines—Kevin brought a warmth to the team and would be a great culture add to any company."
Jody Allard
Content Design Manager at Meta, now at Square
"Kevin pretty much held multiple teams together by doing a superhuman amount of work. He was leading 10-12 projects at a time from what I could tell and his work was critical to the success of the shopping experience on Facebook and Instagram."
Julio Carrettoni
iOS Engineer at Ring, now at Lyft
"I had the pleasure to work directly with Kevin at Ring—I say pleasure because I never enjoyed so much working side by side with a designer."
