From 2017 Q1 to 2018 Q2, I assisted the design team at Ring in growing from 3 to 13 members. One of my responsibilities was creating and maintaining the company's first design system across iOS and Android platforms. I collaborated with one iOS engineer and one Android engineer to maintain the Ring Style Kit in SwiftUI and Java, which mirrored the design tokens. The library was widely distributed among the design and engineering teams. After Amazon acquired Ring, I had the opportunity to present the design system work to the IMDb and Amazon Devices & Services teams.
